Acquisition to Expand Offerings to Include Legal Copy Services

January 14, 2002 - Houston, TX – The Marker-Hoff Group, the leader in professional litigation support, has announced the acquisition of Litigation Copy Services, a full-service legal copy company based in Houston, Texas.

The Marker-Hoff Group has built a reputation as a company that provides one-stop litigation outsource solutions and the acquisition of a legal copy services company with a significant client base adds another dimension to the company. As a result of the acquisition, Jamie Garner, President of Litigation Copy Services, will join The Marker-Hoff Group as Manager of their Legal Copying Division. Darrell Clapp and Pablo Ibanez will join the sales team at The Marker-Hoff Group.

This acquisition of Litigation Copy Services comes shortly after the recently completed acquisition by The Marker-Hoff Group of Stinson Medical-Legal Resources, a medical review company also based in Houston. As a result of that acquisition, Gail Stinson became the Director of the newly created Medical Review division of The Marker-Hoff Group. Gail is responsible for delivering a group of services which includes medical summaries and chronologies, medical research and case analysis, all of which require the highest level of knowledge, experience, and training.
